MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING

FORT ATKINSON, WISCONSIN

MAY 1, 2000

 

 
  1. CALL TO ORDER

    2.  

    A special meeting of the City Council was called to order by President Day at 5:35 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building.

     

  2. ROLL CALL
    3.

     

    On call of the roll members present were:

     

    Gordon Day, Jr.

    Bill Flood

    Loren Gray

    Bruce Johnston

    Mark Zastrow

     

    Also present were the City Manager, City Attorney, City Clerk/Treasurer, City Engineer and Assistant City Engineer.

     

  3. ADJOURN TO CLOSED SESSION PURSUANT TO SECTION 19.85(1)(E) WISCONSIN STATUTES, FOR DELIBERATING THE PURCHASE OF PUBLIC PROPERTY AND DEVELOPER'S AGREEMENT
    4.

     

    Cm. Flood, seconded by Cm. Johnston moved to adjourn to closed session pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(e) of the Wisconsin State Statutes for deliberating the purchase of public property and developer's agreement. On call of the roll, the motion carried unanimously.

     

  4. MOVE BACK INTO OPEN SESSION
    5.

     

    Cm. Flood, seconded by Cm. Zastrow moved to return to open session. On call of the roll, the motion carried unanimously.

     

  5. ADJOURNMENT

 

Cm. Johnston, seconded by Cm. Zastrow moved to adjourn the special meeting of the City Council of May 1, 2000 at 8:35 p.m. Motion carried unanimously.
