Narrative: At this time this incident will be listed as Closed, with a verbal warning to Peg Beyer for her conduct.

After conferring with Det. Sgt. Lee, it was determined that no further action needs to be taken. Beyer’s conduct does not rise to the level of enforcement beyond a verbal warning.

On 8-17-05 I spoke by phone with Peg Beyer and gave her a verbal warning for her conduct. She stated she understood and assured me this would not happen again.
