Dear Tom,

Here is my agenda note number 3 on the agenda. I also enclosed the newspaper articles that were published before the June 6th meeting and in the Daily Union the city administrator stated that there
was no public participation to be included at the June 6th meeting. This paper is read by over 2700 readers in Jefferson. My concern is that if only one side of the issue had a heads up that Mr. Olsen
was going to open the meeting to public participation that side had a unfair advantage to state their options on the issues. I have had many people that told me they did not come to the meeting
because there was to be no public participation. I would appreciate your input on this question. My work phone is 920-674-4500 just ask for Peg, my home phone is 920-674-4474 and my cell is 920-723-5998.

Thanks
