David Olsen Dear Mr. Olsen, Thank you for your quick response. I'm glad I was able to prevent any misunderstanding. You certainly gave me the impression that you were about to make an indefinite number of copies, that you were unable to estimate how many pages would be copied as opposed to how many were available in electronic form, and that you were ready to extend me credit, so to speak, and present me with a bill for the copying charges. Your response gives me the impression you do not intend to provide any records prior to September 8, 1999, such as the JDC minutes and agenda from March 1994 until the present. Also, I would like to schedule the meeting mentioned in your letters from last week, and in my October 20 letter. Yes, I believe you hung up on me. You wouldn't let me continue, you talked while I was talking, and you hung up on me in my mid-sentence. You've done this several times before. Next time, if I'm still talking, it would be polite for you to stop talking and to let me speak. Sincerely, John J. Foust |
