Dear Marilyn:

I have provided your response to Mr. Foust's records request to him. Per your direction, I am addressing this correspondence to you instead of Attorney Gordon. I have transmitted Mr. Foust's renewed request dated July 23, 2001 herewith. For those documents which have been tendered which exist in electronic form, please provide them in that fashion, i.e., either through e-mail directly to Mr. Foust or on a disk that may be transmitted to him.

Concerning those items not submitted from his original request, the County must make a response. That response would have to identify the records either as available, non-existent, or privileged in accordance with the open records law. Therefore, as to those on the original request not submitted, please identify them in accordance with the above categories such that the County may complete its response to Mr. Foust's request.
