Dear Mr. Gebauer,

At the County Clerk's office I examined the report entitled "Jefferson County Workforce Development Building Annualized 1999 Space/Usage Charges", as described in Resolution No. 99-26 of the minutes of the Jefferson County Board meeting of June 8, 1999.

Can you tell me why the UW-Extension and Jefferson County Economic Development Corporation are paying significantly lower per-square-foot rental rates than the W-2 partners in the new Workforce Development building?
