The Tuesday, July 15, 1997, meeting of the Cable TV Franchise Negotiating Committee was called to order at 6:45 PM by Ald. Carnes.  On call of the roll, members present were:  Ald. Carnes and Ald. Wagner.  Absent was Ald. Beyer.  Also present was City Administrator Schornack.

Ald. Wagner, seconded by Ald. Carnes moved to recommend that the cable TV franchise renewal agreement between the City of Jefferson and Marcus Cable be approved. 

The motion carried unanimously.

Ald. Wagner, seconded by Ald. Carnes moved to approve the minutes from the July 1, 1997, meeting of the Cable TV Franchise Negotiating Committee.  The motion carried unanimously.

Ald. Carnes, seconded by Ald. Wagner moved to adjourn the July 15, 1997, meeting of the Cable TV Franchise Negotiating Committee.  The motion carried unanimously.
